Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Pixflex, a service of ITACC Inc. ("we", "us"), based in Ontario, Canada. By using Pixflex you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Pixflex does

You upload a photo of your pet, product or mascot, pick a pack, and we use artificial intelligence (AI) to create a set of stylized images. You can see a few free previews before you pay for the full pack.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a pack.
• You are responsible for the email address you give us and for keeping access to it.

3. Your photos

• Only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use. When you tick the rights box, you confirm this.
• Pixflex is for pets, products and mascots. Do not upload photos of people. Photos that show people, especially children, are refused.
• Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, violent or sexual, or anything that belongs to someone else.
• We may refuse or remove any upload that breaks these rules.

4. AI-generated results

• All results are made by AI and are labelled as AI-generated.
• AI can make mistakes: an image may not look exactly like your pet, or may contain odd details. Previews show you the style before you pay.
• Do not use results to mislead people, for example by presenting them as real photos of real events.

5. Who owns what

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
• You may use the images you paid for for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you follow these terms and the law.
• You give us permission to process your photos only to create and deliver your pack. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
• We only show your images in our public gallery or on social media if you choose "Feature my star". You can withdraw that choice at any time.
• The Pixflex name, logo, packs and app design belong to ITACC Inc..

6. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• A pack is a digital product, delivered as soon as it is ready.
• If your pack fails to render, or is clearly broken, contact us within 14 days and we will re-render it or refund you.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

7. Storage

• Your uploaded photo is deleted automatically after your pack is made (within about a day).
• Your generated pack is kept for 7 days so you can view and download it. After that it is deleted, unless you buy Keep forever, which keeps it in your library until you delete it.
• Please download anything you want to keep. Downloading your pack is always free.

8. Your account

Your account is your email address. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to that email. You can delete your library or your whole account at any time; deleting your account deletes your images.

9. Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, get around limits or safety checks, or use automated tools to access it without our permission.

10. Service changes

We may change packs, prices or features, or pause the service for maintenance. Changes don't affect packs you have already paid for.

11. Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Pixflex is provided "as is", and our total responsibility for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for how you or others use the images.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the "last updated" date. Important changes will be shown in the app before they apply to you.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
