Privacy Policy
Pixflex by ITACC Inc. · Effective October 20, 2026 · Last updated October 13, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Pixflex (ITACC Inc., Ontario, Canada) collects, why, and what control you have. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).
1. What we collect
- Your uploaded photo and the images we create from it.
- Your email address: from checkout, or when you sign in to your library.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of your card, never your full card number.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and device type, used for security, abuse prevention and fixing errors.
We don't ask for your name, phone number or location, and we don't accept photos of people.
2. Why we use it
- To create, deliver and store your pack.
- To send receipts, sign-in codes and reminders before your pack is deleted.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the service working.
- To send news or offers only if you tick the opt-in box. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
3. Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers, under contract, only to run Pixflex:
- Google Cloud: storage of your photos and packs in Toronto, Canada.
- Google's AI image service: creates your images. This processing may happen outside Canada, for example in the United States.
- Stripe: payments.
- Our website host and email provider, which may also be located outside Canada.
When information is processed outside Canada, it is protected by contract, but the laws of that country may allow its authorities to access it.
4. How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos: deleted automatically after your pack is made, within about a day.
- Generated packs: 7 days, or until you delete them if you bought Keep forever.
- Email and account: until you delete your account.
- Payment records: as long as tax law requires.
- Security logs: a short time, then deleted.
5. Your choices and rights
- Ask to see, correct or delete your personal information.
- Delete your library or account yourself in the app at any time.
- Withdraw consent for marketing emails or for featuring your images.
- If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
6. Security
Photos are stored privately and shown only through short-lived secure links. Access to our systems is limited and protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach puts you at real risk.
7. Children
Pixflex is not meant for children under 13, and photos of people, including children, are not allowed.
8. Cookies
We only use cookies needed to run the app, such as keeping you signed in. If we add analytics, we will update this policy first.
9. Contact and changes
Our privacy contact can be reached at support@itacc.ca, or by mail at Oakville, Ontario, Canada. If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
